Switching to NEO UI .

Hi all,

We are trying to switch to the Neo Ui and tried below steps mentioned in the Saviynt documentation.

"To set up the Neo user interface, enable the Enable Access Request Neo Experience setting in Admin > Global Configuration > Preferences. For more information, see Preferences Configurations."

Also restarted the application after making the change.

But still the UI is showing as old one.

Any inputs will be helpful.

thanks for your response.

But we could not check the boxes which you mentioned.

We are getting the option as blacked out and there is no option to check the box.

Please let us know what we can do in that case.
