We are getting below error  in SOD Evaluation job , Please advise how to Fix this

Instance Not created successfully. Message=
exception while creating the instance.{'Code':
'InsufficientFreeAddressesInSubnet', 'Message':
"There are not enough free addresses in
subnet 'subnet-1f19e554' to satisfy the requested
number of instances."}
