Hi Experts,
We have configured the Saviynt App for SNOW where ServiceNow is set up as a request form. As part of this integration, we are reconciling data from Saviynt using the out-of-the-box jobs in the Saviynt App.
We have RBAC set up for some applications, so SNOW is importing "Roles" data. During operational activities, roles may be activated or deactivated in Saviynt, and this status is sent to SNOW. However, we are observing different behaviors in the DEV and PROD environments where the Saviynt app is configured. Here are the findings:
When a role is inactivated in Saviynt, the role status in ServiceNow is set to "INACTIVE" in the DEV environment. In PROD, the status is set to "0". However, the response payload from Saviynt shows the value as "INACTIVE".
I have checked all the configurations and found no discrepancies between the two environments.
Despite the response payload indicating the status as "INACTIVE", ServiceNow is setting it to "0". Consequently, the role status in SNOW is active. Is there anything else that needs to be checked?
Please see the attachment from DEV and PROD.
