Siebel integration using OOTB Connector

We have a requirement to connect to Siebel target application from saviynt.

By going through the documentation I could not find any OOTB connector for Siebel.

What is the preferred way to connect to Siebel and perform account/access provisioning and Imports.

Have anyone already implemented that in any other project.

Please help.
