For outgoing email configuration will vary but you can use same mail box. it used inbox folder & once you click on actionable button it will popup new email window its expected behavior

I suspect port number in connection. it should be 995 ideally please share screenshot

Changing port number to 995 is not working. Job fails for timeout and is not connecting to email server.

can you try this - Change to POP3 & Port to 995

Thanks for the suggestion.
I tried with the settings in the picture but it didn't help either. Job fails with error Failure:failed to connect.

Nope, the URL is correct. It might be that Saviynt provided us Email server details that doesn't support Outbox usage. I will have to create a ticket and ask.
