Hello Team,
We configured the importAccountEntJSON for serviceNow using the Freshdesk documentation, however when we ran the access import job, we were unable to view the entitlements parent-child associations and entitlement owner associations.
Here, I have attached the Reference Document link and importAccountEntJSON. Any suggestions on this would be highly appreciated.

Try with attached sample which will help you to map entitlement owner associations.
