Hello Team,

We are try to use sav for sav rest connection as Servicedesk connection for one of connected application.

When we are trying to request for the connected application from ARS , it calls the createTicketJson of servicedesk connection instead of CreateAccountJson of Provisioning Connection.

Could you please help us with some insights on this.

Regards,
Satyajeet

Hi @satyajeet

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you help me understand the use case behind configuring both the Provisioning connection and ServiceDesk connections at the security system?

The Service Desk connection is used to create tickets in ITSM solutions. Hence, it calls the create ticket JSON for provisioning. If you want to call the create account JSON, please use provisioning Connection instead.

Thanks,
Amit

Hello @amit_krishnajit  and @saikanumuri

The use case here is we have one connected Target REST based application. We have populated createAccountJson and it is working fine. Once the user submits request for this application using ARS we want to update a customproperty for the requested user in Saviynt User Profile, for which we are using Sav for Sav REST in the Servicedesk Connection.

So , In One security system of connected application, we are trying to provision using Provisioning Connection and also updating the custom attribute of user using createTicketJson of servicedesk connection.

Could you please help with some insight on this?

Satyajeet
