Service Account - account owner data mapping

Hi Team,

When we provisioned a service account associated with account owner as a user/user group,  requestor details like firs name, last name and email ID are populating. Please let us know whether this is an usual behavior for a Saviynt. If so, we have the below requirements.                

If the service account owner is a user, the owner details rather than the requestor details must be shown in the service account details.  
Otherwise, the requestor details should not appear if the service account owner is a user group; instead, the service account details should be displayed as blank.

Any inputs on this appreciated.

When you say requestor details are populating , where it is ?.. is it in request page or any specific page

Hi @KumariPinisetti 

Okay then please check the create account json for service accounts when it is provisioned these details would be populated, by default no attributes are updated in service accounts page.

You can test this out by manually completing the new account task which is created
