Security system email templates not working for ZOOM application

Hello Everyone,

I've integrated zoom application with saviynt OOTB connector . I want to send mail once the disable account task gets created in pending task. I'm configuring email template as follow. Still I'm not receiving any email.

Please guide for this issue

@rahulyadav did you try by enabling below config in global configuration

hope mail will be triggered on disable account task completion.

Thanks , It's enabled and I've tried to trigger on disable account task completion as well . Still not working.

Email action should be task complete . Did you change and tried?

Also check the logs
