SaviyntApp in ServiceNow connection failed

Hi,

we are trying to make a connection establishment of SaviynApp in servicenow

Endpoint:https://******.saviyntcloud.com/ECM

Bearer token:******************      generated from saviynt

provided service account with Savrole : admin 

but we received connection failed error.

 

what might have wrong i dont understand!

 

can someone guide us to make it success

Could you please share the exact error you are getting and complete Json.

Hi @hareeshreddy ,

Please try below steps and see if you're still facing the error.

1. Using postman login api, try to login with the service account user you're using for saviyntapp on servicenow.

2. Copy the access token from login api response on postman and put it in bearer token on saviynt app on servicenow and copy the refresh token from postman and put it in refresh token on the servicenow app.

3. Provide your endpoint URL, API admin user, select if you've a mid servser if not select no mid server

Now click on 'Test connection' on Botton and see if the connection is successful.
