Hi team,
We have integrated SNOW (ServiceNow) with Saviynt and running the import job to fetch user details from SNOW. We are using OAuth2.0 to authenticate to SNOW. The connection is successful. We are facing an issue in the import job. The import job fails after the access token expires (after 30 min). It works fine till the access token is valid. However, the SNOW connection is successful post access token expiry. Issue only with the import job. Refresh token details are also specified in the Connection JSON. Please help resolve the issue.
Regards,
Sharada

Hi Rushikesh,
The only error we could see in the logs is 401 User not authenticated. This error is seen only after the access token is expired.
Can you please let me know if we need to do any settings at Saviynt end to get access token from the refresh token which is present in the Connection JSON?
