Saviynt Connect OVA Installation

we installed the OVA in our environment, but we are unable to go further as we are unable to assign the static IP, we also tried doing it DHCP but it didn't help, so could you please advise what steps need to be followed for a successful setup if possible, or you can also point us to the documentation for installing the OVA I tried on the freshdesk but could find anything useful, also can you please confirm if there are any configurations after we assign the static IP.
