Saviynt app integration in service Now.

Hii,

We have integrate saviynt app in service now application.

1. From Service Now we raise a create account request for the saviynt application. We select the workflow engine as a saviynt in the service now connection.

2. For commercial center application we configure the Manger_Level_Workflow in saviynt, when we raise a request for commercial center through service now. When we submit the request Open state is display.

When we see the RITM request state is closed skipped and approval is rejected.

3. For Payment_Exchange application Workflow is Auto_Approved in Saviynt. When raise a request through service now, while submitting the request state is closed Incomplete.

I have three questions.

1. why request state are closed skipped in RITM.

2. In Saviynt, request approvals are not being generated for these requests which we request through ServiceNow. Are there any additional settings that need to be configured to correct this issue?

3. No pending task or request approval happen in saviynt.

Please suggest the correct behaviour for this.

Greetings.

Can you please let us know if you have changed the workflow engine values from servicenow to saviynt?? 
Also when you request for any application in snow app, it usually generates a respective Saviynt request and the request number is displayed in the RITM in snow app.

were you able to see those details?

1. If we select the workflow engine values as a service now, then what we define in  above three options?

2. when request is complete in saviynt, still in service now RITM ticket state is open.

3. why status is not reflect in ticket?

Please suggest the solution.
