Has anyone configured the Saviynt App in ServiceNow to import users into the sys_users table? ServiceNow is currently pulling users into sys_user table from an external database and granting birthright access to the ticketing portal. The long term goal is to move away from the external database for user data. As Saviynt has all the user data, we are exploring the option to use SaviyntApp in ServiceNow to import the users into ServiceNow. From the documentation, Data from Saviynt is imported into new tables in ServiceNow that are dedicated to Saviynt and it may not be possible to push the data into sys_user table.
