With the Sav4Sav REST Connector:

Are User Group certifications possible?
Can it be used to request a UserGroup be added / removed from a user? (and removed upon departure from the company)?
If UserGroups are not supported by the SAV4SAV connector, how are these maintained, what is Saviynt's recommendation for a best practice?

Are User Group certifications possible? Yes
Can it be used to request a UserGroup be added / removed from a user? (and removed upon departure from the company)? Yes, you need to configure deprovision access action under user update rule.
If UserGroups are not supported by the SAV4SAV connector, how are these maintained, what is Saviynt's recommendation for a best practice? -User Groups are supported from sav4sav
