Hi All,

Need information regarding configuring SAP GRC as Servicedesk connection and sending notification from Saviynt when the request is Submitted (from Saviynt) and Approved (from GRC) to the requestor & Approver.

Is that feasible to configure notification within Saviynt to trigger notification when the request is Approved in GRC?

How saviynt will know request is approved in GRC ?

As per the documentation GRC will pass the request status to EIC.

Currently there is no email notification configuration available but you can create analytics report and send notification

yes...that is what we are also thinking but that will not be real-time and will have to schedule it periodically.
