SAP account attribute mapping

Hello Experts,

We are on-boarding an SAP application in Saviynt and as part of create account operation, we are passing the user's email address but we don't see it getting aggregated as part of the import job.

Can we customized the fields to be imported from SAP systems? If yes, where can we mention the mappings?

We can't define which attributes to be pulled from SAP tables. we can only define tables
