role upload issue

Hi,

We need to upload a bunch of user to role associations. This is so that existing users that already have the roles assigned are uploaded at EIC, while migrating from another iam tool. 

We are able to upload the user-role associations. However in the role_user_accounts table, we only see the rolekey and userkey, there is no accountkey.  Similarly in the account_entitlements1 table,  'assignedfromrole' or 'assignedfromroles' is not set. This seems like critical data to capture the role assignments and associations. 

Is there a way to fix this? We are on v2021, so do not have the 'repair roles' functionality of v23.

Use bulk upload option using below steps.

1. Navigate to Request Home --> Request Access for Others - Multi Users -->Actions -->Bulk Upload Request.

2. Browse and attach the excel file. Attached the sample file (do not change the format of the file) to assign enterprise/application roles, update it with your data. File contains data for enterprise role in case you want to assign app role then values should be Application Role.

3. Select "What type of request do you want to upload?" : Access

4. Click Run Now.

It will create add access task under completed with state No Action Required in case user already entitlements present in enterprise/application role.
