Role Owner Campaign

Hello,

Despite activating the necessary features in the Policy Settings for our campaign, the Role Owner is still unable to perform the consultation/reassignment of their access.

Is there a specific setting, in addition to the ones mentioned below, that must be enabled to grant certifiers the ability to consult/reassign their access to another individual? Thanks!

Hi @mgandr 

What is the status of certification once you consult? is it being consulted and the consultee is not able to act on it or original certifier is not able to consult?

Please share the log snippet when the consult is hit.

Hello @adarshk 

The original certifier is not able to consult,  preventing them from seeking approval from their manager regarding their access.

Does it works when user have role admin sav role

With Admin Access, Consult functionality is enabled, while only the reassign button is restricted.

Resolution: Before checking the consult button, the Certifier should confirm Role Ownership by selecting "Belongs to me" to enable the Consult button.
