Role owner campaign: Remove entitlement from the role

Hello guys,

We are trying to launch role owner campaign and as a requirement we need to remove the entitlement from the role when it is rejected by the role owner.

We are able to trigger the remove access tasks when an entitlement is rejected but the entitlement is still showing in the role entitlements.

Does Saviynt support this? If yes, kindly help me with the steps I need to follow. Thanks in Advance.

Hi @metharun it won't remove the entitlement present in role but creates a task to remove from user profile.

• Role meta change are not supported via certification .
• after certification you can raise role management request to perform role metadata change
