Role Mapping

Hi,

Has anyone successfully implemented role mapping for application roles?

We were trying to see if it is possible or recommended to create a parent role which is an application role which uses endpoint123. Then create a child application role which uses endpoint987. 

Does this work like a regular parent child relationship and it this recommended? Or in this case is it better to only use enterprise roles?

If you need to add entitlement from different endpoints then its between to use enterprise role.

You can use parent as application role and enterprise role as child roles

Could you please provide business use case for the same. Why do you want to use parent application role from one endpoint and child application role from different endpoint ?

The recommended way for this scenario is to use enterprise role.
