We want to create a custom sav role which when assigned to the user should be able to view the User's Update history details. Can someone help me with which access needs to be added to make the user history page visible for a sav role?

You can't provide only user update history page access. Instead create report

Sorry, but this does not answer my question, what webservice or feature do I need in the sav role to have the right to see the user update history?
