Revoke task not getting trigger from Campaign for user manager campaign for Enterprise role

Hi Team,

We have created user manager campaign for enterprsie role and trying to remove the enterprise role from Accee/Revoke tab.

and after completing the revoke task is not getting generated and not showing in pending task list.

Please find the revoke access task configuration in the attachment.

Please check below?

1. Have you enabled configuration for Revoke access while launching the campaign.

2. If yes then is the campaign locked? As task will be generated once the campaign is locked.

3. If the tasks are generated, can you check if the provisioning job is ran and task are completed.

yes we have enabled the revoke task as you can check in the png we have attached

and locked and completed the certificate still no task is getting created.

Can you check if instant provisioning is enabled at the security system?

Revoke task of role object is depends on assigned from role configuration. 
does assigned from role populated ? In account_entitlements1 table ? / check from view existing access page under application - entitlement
