Request submission restriction in ARS

Hello Team,

The business requirement that only particular users submit requests on behalf of others for specific application.

Anyone having Saviynt access will be able to submit requests on behalf of others; however, the present requirement is to limit request submission from certain individuals. (Identified requester will only be permitted to submit requests on behalf of other users)

Is this use case achievable? if yes please advise the steps

If I understand correctly, can you remove "Request Access for Others" tile access from all users sav role and assign it to new sav role, this new sav role will be assigned to selected set of users who will have permission to request access for access.

You can add access query under endpoint using user group functionality

The above seems to be a way to restrict the requestee. Could you please elaborate how this can be achieved for restricting requestor?
