Not able to download the excel file in analytic reports history

Hi Experts,

Am not able to download the excel file in analytic reports history.

May i know do i need to do some checks in global configuration.

Please check the "My Downloads" in home menu, if you have result in it.

Also please check error in logs, if you have any.

It will be available under My Downloads, if the report is huge then it might take some time.

Downloading an Exported File

To download an exported file that is listed on the Download Reports page, perform the following:

On the Home page, click the user icon at the top right corner and click My Downloads. The Download Reports page is displayed as shown below.

 

 

The Download Reports page displays the following details for the exported files.

Column Description

FILE PATH

Indicates the path where the exported file is saved.

USER

Populates the username of the user who performed the export of the file.

REPORT TYPE

Indicates the type of report that was exported such as analytics, certification metadata, completed tasks, pending tasks miscellaneous, and so on.

CREATED ON

Specifies the date and time when the file was exported.

DOWNLOADED

Indicates if the exported file is already downloaded.

SIZE (KB)

Specifies the size of the exported file in zip format in KBs.

ACTION

Under this column, you can perform two actions on the exported file.

  • Click to 

     

     

    download the exported file to your local drive and remove the file from the Download Reports page or download the file without removing it.

  • Click to 

     

     

    delete the exported file without downloading it.

Am testing this from last week. still am not seeing any downloads in my downloads.

This issue we have in DEV and QA but in Prod am able to download the excel file from report history.

Provide exact steps that you are trying and where it is failing.

Am not able to download the excel file from the analytics history.
 
Replication steps:
 
1. Click on Analytics.
2.choose any reports and go to run history.
3.Click on actions.
4.click on Excel.
 
If i click on excel am not getting any response.

I checked in my downloads nope there is no any downloads.
