It will be available under My Downloads, if the report is huge then it might take some time.
Downloading an Exported File
To download an exported file that is listed on the Download Reports page, perform the following:
On the Home page, click the user icon at the top right corner and click My Downloads. The Download Reports page is displayed as shown below.
The Download Reports page displays the following details for the exported files.
Column Description
FILE PATH | Indicates the path where the exported file is saved. |
USER | Populates the username of the user who performed the export of the file. |
REPORT TYPE | Indicates the type of report that was exported such as analytics, certification metadata, completed tasks, pending tasks miscellaneous, and so on. |
CREATED ON | Specifies the date and time when the file was exported. |
DOWNLOADED | Indicates if the exported file is already downloaded. |
SIZE (KB) | Specifies the size of the exported file in zip format in KBs. |
ACTION | Under this column, you can perform two actions on the exported file. |
