Hello - We've run into the following degraded user experience while testing 24.1 upgrade. I submitted this as a bug, but received push back. Is this behavior "expected" in the new 24.1 UI?
The request role for self flow includes an unnecessary select user page which creates a degraded user experience and additional clicks compared to the old UI. I would hope that a new UI would improve user experience and consistency.
In addition to the poor experience caused by extra clicks the flow is also inconsistent. The Entitlement request for self does not include the unnecessary select user page.
Example:
This is expected behavior as saviynt neo is old classic enhanced version where enterprise role we need to select user. But from end user specific this not expected
This is accepted as feature enhancement
