"Employee Arrival Template" and "New User Manager Notification" email not triggered for few users

Required help if email history job failed and some of the email not trigger, will those email will retrigger in next successful run.

@rushikeshvartak Emails are attached at the endpoint level and It was working before but from Last 1 month this issue is occurring frequently.

Please explain provide full details

how New Employee arrival is assigned to endpoint ? are you related to New Account

1. It will trigger respected domain - Example - our client '@gmail.com' , other domain  say '@abc.com ' it wont work , saviynt team will block.

2.Logs saying anything or it printing mail got tirgger? if yes

3.Can you inform Saviynt team restart email enginee job? or restart application?

4. emailhistory table have more data , need to clear out.
