Query to check entitlement owner For Requestable Entitlement Config

Hi All,

Can we use or refer to Entitlement owner table in Requestable Entitlement Config query in Entitlement Type page? If so, how can we add condition to check if owner exists or not? Need to show only those Entitlements in the ARS form which have atleast one owner present.

Only entitlement_values table & dynamic attribute is exposed in Config For Requestable Entitlement In ARS and Config For Selected Entitlement In ARS under entitlement Type
