Queries - Application Owner Metadata Campaign

Hello Team,

We were exploring the Application Owner Metadata Campaign as per the document :

Queries :

1. We do not see an option to display primary certifier /secondary certifier/Rank Owner Details for Entitlements which are part of Entitlement Type? Is this bug

2. When we enable editable options for entitlements we see risk etc, attributes are displayed as plain text? This could lead to major issue

3. The document talks about the user group to be reviewed. We tried adding the user group for approval flow but we do not see anything in tab Approvers (Requestable Elements) tab.

4. In case as part of review if we want to modify the ent owner how the same can be achieved.

Assist urgently please.

This is expected behaviour

It shows properly in v23.11

You need to map endpoint to user group

Once review is completed file can be downloaded and then it will be performed manually

-- We have tested in 23.11 and made this option as editable. Anyhow the edit screen shows the plain text.

-- Can you confirm where did you add this? We added the same in Multi-Step Provisioning Owners but not visible.

4. In case as part of review if we want to modify the ent owner how the same can be achieved.

-- I dont see an option to modify the primary certifier. How this information can be extracted in downloaded file.

• Once certification is completed completed report can be downloaded
