Privileges not found while requesting from ARS

Hi,

While requesting an entitlement having privileges, we are not able to see any privileges while trying to select them. A prompt appeared stating no record found. 

There are values present in the privilege but not able to see or select them while requesting.

Try with user-based

Hi @sakshibansal , if you are creating priveleges manually then mark it as USER-BASED and try. Run endpoint sync jobs or clear cache.

Specify the attribute config:

• USER-BASED: Use this option, if the administrator wants to create new privileges through EIC.

• ENTITLEMENT-BASED: The privileges those are imported along with the entitlements from another system are displayed as Entitlement-Based.
