PreferredName Rule

Hi,

This is with reference to user onboarding. When we onboard a user in Saviynt UI, we update all the mandatory fields but Preferred First Name is not a mandatory field.

We want first name details to populate if we do not update Preferred Name while onboarding.

• You can create dynamic attribute (if through user registration process) and pass first name as preferred name
• use a preprocessor otherwise

Currently we have below dynamic attribute under global configuration.

Global configuration - Identity Lifecycle - User Register User Form - preferedfirstname

Request Type - User

Attribute Label - Prefered First Name

Attribute Group - User Information

Attribute type - String

Regex-^[A-z]+$

User column - preferedFirstName

What other changes can be done to get the First name as preferred name

So user inputs the preferedFirstName? or you want it to be auto populated based on firstname
