Oracle R12 application responsibilities

Hi,

This is with reference to Oracle R12 application in DEV EIC environment.

When we update an end date for a responsibility and if the end date has reached, we are still able to see the responsibility in AXIS under Entitlement Hierarchy and the responsibilities which has reached end date are present in AXIS under Request page as well. However, enddate is updated in Oracle DB as expected.

We also validated and found that the end dated responsibilities are not present for users in the Oracle Application as expected.

Observation: Post end date has reached, the responsibilities are present in DEV EIC for couple of days and it disappears.  This issue is post the version upgrade that was done in June/July. Wanted to check if there is a way to check and see for how many days the end dates responsibility will be present in EIC.

Version is 23.6

Screenshot from 12/7/23 where the responsibilities had an end date of 7/6/23

Details are present under Entitlement Hierarchy on 12/7 even though the end date is 6/7

Same is reflecting in UI under Selected Responsibilities

Screenshot from UI as on 18/7 and details were not present.

@nsapna do you see tasks getting created when the enddate is reaching? Removals are driven through tasks. Please check and let us know.

Yes, the task is creating.

Are there any errors you see when the tasks are being processed? This would require deeper debugging with logs and I would suggest you raise a ticket with the support team for a resolution.
