Hello Team,
We are onboarding 2 instances of Oracle EBS using the OOTB connection and the DB connection for provisioning. The application team tested on their end and the account set up for the connection is working as expected. However, when we initiate the connection it is timed out and the connection is not successful. Any specific steps need to be taken to successfully connect the applications?

Could you please provide more details regarding the issue.
1. Which connector is giving timeout -Oracle EBS or DB?
2. What action you are trying to perform when it is giving timeout- save and test connection/provisioning/import?
3. Any specific error in the logs? Please share logs.
4. Please share the screenshot of the error message from UI.

Hi @Vidhimehta
Please share the logs at the time of save and test connection. Cloudflare error is coming because the app is taking longer than normal to respond. It seems to be an infra issue where the DB is not reachable. URL should be reachable, and port should be open from the application end.
