OOTB SAV Role Feature Access

We have a use case where we want users assigned the OOTB end user SAV Role to not be able to edit the configuration of the certification templates. Upon investigation it appears the the OOTB has this feature access:

Is there a way to remove it?

No You can't remove any features from OOTB Sav role.

No, we can't remove or add feature access.

Workaround would be create custom SAV role (cloning similar access from ENDUSER SAV Role) and then remove/add feature.

OOTB cant be tempered.

Create a copy and then keep necessary feature.
