Hello Experts,
We have a use case to create multiple line items or tasks under a single ServiceNow request/ticket. Looking for some guidance to understand if this is feasible using the ServiceNow connector or it should some customization done at ServiceNow end.
Thanks

how request is initiated ?

We are planning to use ServiceNow connection in Saviynt to initiate the request. When a new user is on-boarded, we want to create a single ServiceNow request with multiple underlying tasks and those tasks should be assigned to concerned teams.

if ARS request is placed then all tasks can be combined into one other wise it will create per task

The request is not created via ARS. It will be created via Technical rule or user update rule. So with this approach there is no way we can club multiple tasks under single request, right?

No

Could you please confirm if the following approach will work:
1. Create a disconnected system with ServiceNow ticketing connection as provisioning connection
2. Define a list of dynamic attributes at the endpoint level with default values
3. Once the user is on-boarded then trigger create operation for the disconnected application
This way the Saviynt task will have multiple attributes to be provisioned. Will this create multiple tasks in ServiceNow under single request?

If its request then it will work

@rushikeshvartak , Could you please guide me on how can we create multiple tasks and how can we assign these tasks to different teams in above approach? A sample code would really be helpful. Thank you!
