Multi user request via bulk upload not working for 'Remove Account' & 'Remove Access'

Multi-user request via bulk upload is not working for 'Remove Account' & 'Remove Access'. After we do an upload using the attached file, it gives us a message 'Your request has been submitted, Request Details will be sent to the email'
However, we don't see any Pending Requests generated.
Am I missing something? Or is the functionality broken?
Please let me know. Thank you

Please share the logs in text format for easier debugging. Additionally, provide the task ID, error details, or specific line numbers where the issues occur to help us review the relevant sections efficiently.

Hi @rushikeshvartak,
Checking the log to see if I can pinpoint and see what is causing an error.

Can you please provide a sample of an excel which we can use for bulk request to 'Remove Account or Remove Access'. 'Add Account' and 'Add Access' is working as expected for bulk request.
