Modify user creation content

We want to modify the content of the below page, which pops up whenever we create a user from Saviynt "Create user request" form.

Any idea on how this can be changed. Tried checking gsp pages, but couldnt find.

Setting->User Interface Branding Configuration->Submit.request.message.label.userrequest

Submit.request.message.label.userrequest=Your user has been created/updated due to auto approval with username {0}
