Managing AD Service/Admin Accounts via Saviynt

Hi Team,

We need to manage the AD service/admin accounts through Saviynt. These accounts must be created in a specific OU, separate from the Users OU in AD. I noticed that there is a tile in the ARS module called 'Manage Service Account.' Could you please provide guidance or share any reference detailed document on how we can manage these accounts from Saviynt ?
