Make role non-requestable and in-active

A role has to be made non-requestable; I'm trying to achieve by making the Requestable value as False in the UI.

After changing it to False and clicking on submit button an error pops up (error screenshot attached).

Let me know if anyone has come across this or can help me with next steps

Error was:
NumberFormatException occurred when processing request: [POST] /ECM/roles/update

Later noticed, the default timeframe of the role had a special character.
ex, 2160 must be the value, it was added as 2,160
We corrected it and the issue resolved
