Limit users that can be updated by a user using update user form

USE CASE:

To update a user the current SOP we have is as below:
Goto Saviynt ARS > Update user request:

On the next screen entire user list is shown to the user (ALL the users available in Saviynt) :

This makes entire user base available to the requester to edit. 
Is there some way to limit the users that are available in above screen ? 

For example a requester should only see their own direct reportees on above screen and thus be only be able to update the direct reports.

You can achieve this using  SAV Role :

Whom to request ? :advanced filter

If it is their direct reports, then you could simply set the "Whom to request" in the SAV Role as shown below. If you have complex requirement, you could use the Advanced Filter as suggested by rushikeshvartak.
