We are currently not using the Sox Critical column in EIC for entitlements. Is it possible to change the header to RISK? Having the risk ranking readily available would be beneficial for our team.
You can update labels from Admin - User Interface Branding Configuration --> Manage Labels
Post change - Restart the server
