Is it possible to attach file/email in campaign?

Hi Team, 

We are in Saviynt version 23.3. Is there a way to attach a file (email) in the certification campaigns (during or at the end)?

If no, is there a way to require a comment (and able to upload file/email with the comment) for only certifiers that have access to the roles they certify?

I don't think both are possible. You can make comments as mandatory but no option to attach files
