Intermittent "Error: Connection Failed to LDAP" During Provisioning in AD

Hello Everyone

We occasionally come across the error: "Connection Failed to LDAP" while processing tasks in AD. Interestingly, after a brief wait, re-running the job results in successful task processing. While this issue is rare, we would like to resolve it for the few instances when it does occur.

Could this be expected behavior, or is there a configuration we could adjust to prevent it from happening? Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

@Chirag_Gupta is it happening at a particular time everyday?

@NM the issue occurs very randomly and not at a fixed time each day.

@Chirag_Gupta , schedule a health check job (ping or telnet) from SC2 to client to AD domain controller.  You can create a shell script file and store results in a file for a day.

Validate if the connection goes down. If it does then it is internal issue and share results with your n/w team or AD team.

If all good and issues comes only in Saviynt , raise a ticket with Saviynt support with results.
