Information regarding Savroles

Hi Team,

We have a requirement like when the user A is having Enduser Savrole and user B is having Admin Savrole. Then when user A is requesting access via ARS through request access for others tile then the user B (who is having Admin Savrole) should not be visible. 

Can someone help me with that how can we acheive it.
