In Access/Membership approval page no account/entitlement is showing for Entitlement owner campaign

Hi Team,

We have launched an entitlement owner campaign. For that campaign In Access/Membership approval page no account/entitlement and other details are showing. It's blank. I have attached the issue snap and configuration snaps.

Please anyone help me on this why it's happening and how to resolve this issue. Thank you

This is happening for disconnected applications only. We have launched a campaign in test environment with same campaign configuration, there we can see all data in access/Membership approval page

Hi  rushikeshvartak - I'm sending this on behalf of anirban23. This is an export of the campaign itself. It is interesting to note that the full list of accounts/access shows in the xlsx when i exported the campaign for this data. It just doesn't show for Access/Approval Membership screen.
