Hello,
We are setting up the identity match & merge configurations in our dev environment. We did all the steps necessary and we have ran the Identity match and merge job in the job control panel. It found 19 duplicate accounts, so we wanted to check this on the Identity match and merge page in Intelligence.
But when we click on the Identity match and merge page, it's blank. We have all the required feature access and webservice access from the documentation setup. I will post a screenshot to show what it looks like.
Some help with this would be appreciated. Thank you!
