Hi Team,
We need to define a process for error handling on Request Failures(task failures) which is initiated via Saviynt Service NOW IGA App.
Is there a way we can trigger ticket creation via Saviynt upon task failure in Saviynt ?
How Service IGA App identifies Saviynt task failure(which table holds the information of tasks) ? (based on that ServiceNOW can create ticket directly.)
