Current Scenario: We have created an actionable report with an allowed action set as "Accept" for application owners to accept the risk of the account being an orphan in Saviynt.

Ask: We want to trigger the disable account task for accounts which are in "open" action state from the past 60 days.

Note: We don't want the application owner who performing the actions on the analytics to have the ability to execute the disable account task as an allowed action on their own. The Analytics archive flag is set to true. The daily frequency run of the current report is once a week.

  • You can't fetch analytics report history.
  • analytics history gets stored in Elastic search
  • Workaround
    • Using create date for account identify if account is orphan for last 60 days
    • create new report to disable such orphan accounts
