how to send an email when a specific entitlement has been granted

Hi,

I have created a workflow to request access to workday entitlements.

The workflow has 2 layers:

-user's manager approval

-entitlement owner approval

How can I send an email to a distribution list when a specific entitlement has been granted?

For example, if a request is submitted to request access to entitlement_1, entitlement_2 and entitlement_3, an email should be sent out once entitlement_2's owner approves the request for entitlement_2, to all members of a DL.

You can have a if else node specific to ent 2 and that can have it's own grant access node and send email using that speicifc to ent2. Other ents wont go to this grant node.
