How to remove owner from entitlement using bulk upload

Hi Team,

I tried to remove entitlement owner form entitlement via 'Upload Entitlement From CSV'

PFA data I have tried to upload but failed to remove the owner.

There was no error when I imported CSV.

Can you help me to solve this issue?
